Business Outlook
Pros
Solid work-life balance. In this case, it means that most employees, with the exception of top managers, stick very closely to an 8 hour day. Good co-workers (all of them older than me, but active--lunchtime cycling was the norm), and a beautiful environment.
Cons
Limited potential for quick advancement makes it harder to stay motivated. Opportunities for advancement are there, but they come as people move, retire or new positions are created, so it's not a place to take a job if you're an energetic new graduate.
