- Opportunities for growth and upward movement - Great staff morale in my department! - Annual bonuses and raises - Financial investment in clinicians’ continuing education trainings - Focused on building an integrated care approach
Cons
Staff parking. May not seem like a big deal but many of my coworkers have to park on an offsite UCH lot about a 15 minute walk from our building. It’s an indication that they care more about revenue than caring for their staff - HR won’t let us hire therapists who don’t have an LCSW credential, this effects direct patient care because the therapists hiring have less say in who we can hire
