Pros
Depending on your manager, could be very good management. There is also the flexibility to change processes. Just because it's been done a certain way, doesn't mean there isn't a better way to do the work.
Cons
No flexibility on working from home... even in bad weather. You can see the rest of the office's ability to work from home though. Remember it's a hospital so they never close, ever. However, I didn't go into nursing for a reason.
