Pros
Annual bonuses and raises, flexible hours (sort of, everything is a battle to achieve), direct report management is awesome, team environment is highly encouraging, personal and professional growth is extremely supported, tons of "pats on the back" but very little actual recognition, option to work remotely which is nice, if able to move up you can develop your own projects which is great. Honestly it really is 50/50 here, some days I love it and some days I hate it which is pretty standard and why I gave 3 stars.
Cons
Under market pay and drastically underpaid for what's expected, confusing PTO, disorganized upper management, nepotism, quiet but extreme discrimination, not treated like humans, they preach empathy but show absolutely none to employees, you're not allowed to stand up for yourself against patients, difficult to move up, MICROMANAGEMENT so much of it that it physically hurts. This is the largest driving factor for the lower rating, that and the inhumane way they view their staff. You would think a school and hospital would have more compassion.
