Pros

The company provides good health benefits and 401K. Management is generally flexible with scheduling needs or time off requests.

Cons

Management is nonexistent. Frequent call outs are accepted and tend to go unpunished so short staffing is frequent. People can call out multiple times per month, straining reliable employees, and nothing happens. If you are reliable, you get punished for saying that call outs are problematic. Turnover is frequent. You get the same 3% raise as everyone else in your clinic regardless of how hard you work and how well you perform (or how much you show up). Raises are minimal and not dependent on how good of an employee you are. If you provide suggestions or point out issues, you are not listened to. The organization is not interested in improvement. Company-wide surveys only ask what people think is good about their job. Upper management is mostly in it for the numbers and profits and are uninterested in employees.

Pros

I absolutely loved volunteering here. The program was organized, and it made me so happy to bring a smile to people's faces.

Cons

Sometimes we did not have much contact with the heads of the volunteer program.

Pros

None that I can possibly share. This is by far the worst place I've ever worked for and I absolutely regret applying here. Save yourself, don't apply, don't stay long.

Cons

Revolving door in every department. HR is a disaster. People are underpaid and burned out. UCHealth spreads like a parasite in Colorado by purchasing hospitals, underpaying employees, and not competing with pricing. Worst yet, it does not pay taxes at Coloradan's expense. DORA and UCHealth are supported by the state and if you are discriminated you will find no justice. Absolute corruption. They need to be audited and penalized by the state more often for many reasons.
