Clinical Ladder, you can get a 7% raise for MA II and 4% raise for MA III. Great medical benefits for spouse and dependents also. Annual raise every year based off performance, also bonus based on quality metrics and reviews.
Cons
Management changes all the time. MAs are overworked they add more and more work to the current workload. The patient portal messages are never ending.
