Pros
I've worked in a lot of different facilities for different companies and UCHealth is one of the better companies to work for. They have decent benefits, they actually do listen to input from nurses, have the highest pay for the area as far as hospitals go.
Cons
They still short-staff to keep shareholders bonuses high, but nothing like most places. They recently reduced the time to get your bonus, but you still have to wait 3 years.
