      Great people; great university; good location; and if you find the right manager, can learn a lot from them about your job

      Cons

      no room for job growth; all the upper-level management spots are filled or they hire from the outside. either you're just starting your career, or you have years of experience.

      Pros

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day

      Working with students is satisfying and fulfilling. It also helps yourself retain information you have learned from past courses.

      Cons

      The Peer Learning Unit is poorly managed, and it is difficult to communicate with your supervisors.
