Pros
The majority of people are great to work with. Good benefits including mandatory pension and holidays are in place for all employees.
Cons
Too many loopholes and lack of internal accountability for a fast-paced over-burdened public purchasing organization. Favoritism is apparent where management will spend time getting to know some but not all team players. Pay grade is below market standards.
