Pros
Different departments offer varying work environments: you have a great flexibility in choosing what you want. Hours are not too bad.
Cons
Management is hit and miss: they hire some really bad apples, others maybe not. In addition, their work environment is sometimes inforgiving. If you don't produce results, you can be axed. Ok addition, you may not be able to get insight into how you are doing as an employer.
