      Pros

      Learn a lot from your colleges and students. The quarter is usually 10 weeks long. So the work load is not that heavy.

      Cons

      Except the CS35L.... This class is extremely time consuming for teaching. YOU ARE THE INSTRUCTOR!!!! Professor only meets with you regularly. You have to give lecture, grade homework, make the exams and grade them all by yourself!
