Horrible Place to work, No Respect or Empathy from Management - Catering Manager UCLA Employee Review

Management are heartless and lack any sense of urgency. More than half the department has quit in the last six month and they still don't get it. Any other F&B operation you work, managers will work on the weekends or evenings in F&B to help cover. I have never seen a management staff that is so opposed to working at night or weekends. I don't understand why in a F&B operations that the management thinks its ok to all work Monday-Friday 9 -5. They treat working on the weekends like its a plague.
