      great benefits lots of resources and training

      Cons

      protects managers even when they break laws does not give employees a voice when reporting things such as not being able to eat lunch or not being paid after hours, they will fire you rather than listen to you and talk to your manager. just keep your mouth shut is the policy

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day

      Working with students is satisfying and fulfilling. It also helps yourself retain information you have learned from past courses.

      Cons

      The Peer Learning Unit is poorly managed, and it is difficult to communicate with your supervisors.
