The only nice thing about the position was that it was remote.
Cons
Micromanage to the bone. The Supervisor wanted to know what you were doing every single second of the hour. You had to report it on your calendar, Slack, Trello and communicate to your supervisor what you are doing 24/7. Such a hassle when the work turned in shows that you are working. Pretty old manager so they have the motto: "My way or the highway". Thinks they are smarter than everyone else and when they are wrong, they blame it on the staff.
