      Pros

      Working with students was great, especially the first-gen college students.

      Cons

      Salary is pathetic and totally uneven across campus for the same positions. Terrible culture. A lot of entitled people who are constantly trying to compete and take others down. Lots of cliques and favoritism. Terrible equity practices.

      Pros

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day

      Working with students is satisfying and fulfilling. It also helps yourself retain information you have learned from past courses.

      Cons

      The Peer Learning Unit is poorly managed, and it is difficult to communicate with your supervisors.
