      Pros

      Working at UCLA has been a great experience. The campus does a lot to support students, but the administration also careers for its employees. There are plenty of development opportunities, you just to go out there and find them.

      Cons

      As with most college campuses, the pay is pretty low. Once you are at a salary level, it is hard to move up.

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up

      Working with students is satisfying and fulfilling. It also helps yourself retain information you have learned from past courses.

      Cons

      The Peer Learning Unit is poorly managed, and it is difficult to communicate with your supervisors.
