      Pros

      I received really great support from other staff and supervisors; they were not the most open to change in procedure, but they would always listen.

      Cons

      I had difficulty understanding and navigating the very complicated retirements and savings program. Fortunately a co-worker who worked there before me took his time to explain it to me.

      Pros

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day

      Working with students is satisfying and fulfilling. It also helps yourself retain information you have learned from past courses.

      Cons

      The Peer Learning Unit is poorly managed, and it is difficult to communicate with your supervisors.
