      Pros

      You get paid to practice leadership skills and plan programs. You get to make a difference in students' lives.

      Cons

      As an RA, you don't earn money, just room & board. Sometimes you have to deal with fire alarms and so forth.

      Pros

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Cons

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day

      Working with students is satisfying and fulfilling. It also helps yourself retain information you have learned from past courses.

      Cons

      The Peer Learning Unit is poorly managed, and it is difficult to communicate with your supervisors.
