      The benefits are good. The health insurance options in particular are nice. It's also good to get into the UCLA system.

      The pay ranges they display on their postings are complete bait-and-switches.

      Pros

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day

      Working with students is satisfying and fulfilling. It also helps yourself retain information you have learned from past courses.

      Cons

      The Peer Learning Unit is poorly managed, and it is difficult to communicate with your supervisors.
