      Great benefits, beautiful campus, lots of employee events and opportunities for growth available if you know where to look

      Many employees have been there for decades and do not prioritize mentoring new staff or improving existing systems. Depending on your department, you may need to seek professional development through campus-wide initiatives or promotion opportunities from other departments.

      Pros

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day

      Working with students is satisfying and fulfilling. It also helps yourself retain information you have learned from past courses.

      The Peer Learning Unit is poorly managed, and it is difficult to communicate with your supervisors.
