      Pros

      It's a wonderful place to work. The culture is great, it is very diverse, you get to meet all kinds of people, and the UCLA brand is very prestigious so it holds a lot of cache.

      Cons

      The bureaucracy slows a lot of things down, but that's the nature of the public sector.

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up
