UCLA Health is a generally respected and well known organization within the healthcare environment. It is growing rapidly and shows that it performs well with regard to state care and experience ratings.
Cons
I experienced a hostile work environment within the Faculty Practice Group. I was constantly bullied and coerced by my supervisor. After numerous complaints from multiple employees, my supervisor was 'no longer with the organization'. No explanation was given, and no further investigation into the complaints was communicated to those affected by this.
