Cons
Expensive to stay in the vicinity. So if you further away, expect a longer commute. Salary could be better. Expect to have a focused research plan before you start, otherwise you will spend a lot of time to figure things out, especially since the place is large, and everyone is very busy, and may not have a lot of time for you.
