      Minimal professional development/onboarding Leadership listen to MD's and spend little time listening to nurses/management/patients Reactive not proactive environment Depts are very siloed and do not work together Very political system

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.
