Slow and sometimes demoralizing HR (especially for reviews) Low Pay Difficult to get a raise or promotion (Make negotiate for the higher end of the estimate range when given an offer because it will be difficult to achieve a raise that will take you to the stated upper limit. Its a long process to get you an offer so they are usually pretty committed when you receive an offer). No Bonuses Poor overall structure Antiquated systems requirement in some aspects (slow overhaul)
