I met some great physicians

Cons

Because there is a union, it doesnt matter how hard you work, everyone is compensated equally. So the incentive to work hard wasnt there for people who had been there for decades. Management was pretty terrible and picked which employees they favored since they were friends out of the workplace. Very clicky.

The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

Cons

Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.
