      job security, even though it is no longer true. a lot of UC's started laying people off.

      micro-management, favoritism, politics, etc. This pertains to my team specific. Other teams' experience may differ

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.
