      Flexibility, WFH, benefits, cool company

      Cons

      Incredibly low pay, they expect so much for so little compensation. Got a new job doing the same job, making $8 more an hour in 2 weeks. Little to no room to advance. Embarrassing yearly raises.

      good training. I recieved a lot of good background on the industry and the fundamentals when i started
