Family-oriented and diverse company. Coworkers are nice and focused on their tasks. It's a fast paced environment and it pushes you to the limits, but great opportunities to learn and take with you to the next journey.

Compensation is below to market, but it could be worse. Insurance options doubled this year.

A few smart people to work with but unavailable for help.

Mismanagement with unclear expectations. A high pressure environment with terrible program management. Goals are unclear with a good possibility of excuses being made for not meeting deadlines on time for their customers. Job security is a constant worry and there is a paranoid work culture there with people that would rather be somewhere else.
