      Pros

      Free gym access and ability to "work your own schedule"

      Cons

      Expected to be there 8 hours minimum. Drive to Santa Ana headquarters for foolish events and training (paid below minimum wage and not reimbursed for travel). New hires are not given clientele from sales. Sales gives the already established trainers all the new clients.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
