      The members were great, coworkers are usually great too

      Cons

      Will not pay you in time unless you're a coach, no room to move up, you're treated poorly unless you are a manager or coach, management is disorganized, overall this a horrible business trying to steal money

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
