      Positive, fast-paced, friendly environment. Room for salary growth. Help people push themselves! Talk shop all day with fellow MMA fans!

      Cons

      No compensation for OT (my gym was privately owned). Hours generally 11AM-7PM

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
