low pay. misleading pay/ changing pay with no notification or explanation. Starting pay was an outright lie. disorganized company. all employees work at other gyms of necessity. It's not allowed by policy to work at other gyms but management will fire you for it if and when they feel like it. Expectation of free work even though pay is already very low.
