      Poor structure and management on many fronts. Severe lack of resources, and job definitions. Unqualified people in top positions. Less than ideal work atmosphere.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
