      Fun environment , amazing people , competitive pay. Company expansion , long term career growth

      Cons

      Some locations and some managers aren’t the best on the commission structure. Only the really big clubs make really good money

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
