      Pros

      The members are amazing. Everyone gets to know you by name and you build a close relationship with your "family" at the gym.

      Cons

      The three franchise owners are horrible at owning a business. Stationed in 3 different parts of the world. None of them could come to a simple agreement on anything. I'd say these are the worst owners i've ever had to work under as a manager. This location has been doomed to fail for a couple years now and it's barely staying afloat.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
