Pros
Good to work for a year and dont stay here any longer. Being a utility it is a stable company.
Cons
Lots of favoritism and mediocre pay. There is no room to advance . There are continuous organizational announcements . There is no strategy and this company has a high turnover.There is a bonus plan however you never get a bonus even though you are a star performer.
This company is not for star performers and creative folks
