Excellent company to work for - Anonymous employee UGI Employee Review

I have worked for UGI for seven years. The company has given me opportunities to move around the business units for career progression as well as recognized my contributions through three promotions in my tenure. The company also supported me in obtaining my MBA through the education assistance program. They also have a great maternity policy that was implemented last year which is very important to me. I enjoy the work I do and the people I work with. I am able to maintain a good work life balance. There really isn’t anything I could ask for more from a company. It is a great place to work.
