Cons
Moved away from an employee-centric environment to putting 100% of the focus on the customer. After 5 round of layoffs in 2 years, employees are afraid the speak up, psychological safety is gone and trust is eroding quickly. Laying close to 1000 employees off by e-mail is a strong signal of how much UKG cares about their employees, which is ironic when you consider that UKG market focus is to serve the front-line workforce.
