C-Suite is well connected in a prior company and constantly changing. Company direction is uncertain and the company value story is getting lost. Communication is lacking. Quiet quitting: Expect constant layoffs for tenured employees while hiring and staffing changes are made at the highest levels. Execution across all departments is slow as they bring in new resources for all groups and siloed (example: Branding and marketing is in constant flux without a team approach. Marketing Teams are being moved into engineering teams.)
