Pros
- Investing in "cool" factor of the new headquarters office - Historically pays 100% or more of annual bonus plan (though it is always based on company performance)
Cons
- The "best place to work" title is really a lot of propaganda, it might be the best place to work for some employees, though there are huge segments of the population that are over worked, not able to take vacation and not equipped with the proper technology to successfully deliver on expectations - Executive leadership (not counting Aron) has become stale and top heavy. Some leaders have been at the company so long that they don't know anything but Kronos and have nothing innovative to add - Expect employees to be intelligent, though our intelligence is insulted with every town hall/ quarterly meeting where leadership spouts all these great statistics, when we know otherwise - Don't want to listen when issues are brought up, until it is too late and drastic actions need to be taken, then they are swept under the rug
