Cons
Our products and model are not ideal for all types of customers - and it can be a challenge to partner with customers who are used to a payroll processing relationship. But as challenging as that can be it is also very motivating because Support can absolutely working through and achieve a true business partnership that results in accuracy and efficiency in customer's workplaces that would have otherwise not be available in a traditional scenario.
