Good benefits (for now), some teams respect a good work/life balance
Cons
UKG doesn’t seem like the place to be right now. Lots changes coming from new leadership, a lot of customer dissatisfaction and leadership attitude is “if you don’t like it, leave”. A lot of of delays on customer support are due to the high attrition that we’ve had recently but leadership think is because we’re not in the office. Overall right now the focus seems to be on the bottom line, reduce cost and maximize profits. Not sure if this strategy will pay off in the long run.
