Endless training opportunities, including but not limited to solutions training, professional certifications, and employer-sponsored tuition reimbursements for continued education.
Cons
The result of a merger intended to bring two best of breed solutions together in 2020, the organization has made several changes from top/down and albeit for the right reasons, has caused some growing pains. The need for cross training and working between departments and roles for advocation of the best customer service continues to be a work in progress.
