Pros
The culture and the policies are good. Very strong and reputed brand worldwide. Its not a public listed company and is also not very sales aggressive organization. Incentive policies are good and the business targets are comfortably achievable. Most of the business is inbound.
Cons
Not a very sales aggressive organization thus takes time in strategizing. Its plays into a very niche segment which restricts further career growth and movement especially if you are joining from a different industry. The YOY average increment is not very good.
