Our leadership and management learning journey framework offers opportunities to certain colleagues to grow their skills in the operational, people, business and culture domains; and as they progress in their careers, they will have more advanced learning opportunities available to them. We've also designed our performance management tool to clearly incorporate career development conversations. This tool continues to evolve based on feedback from our employee engagement surveys to ensure the tool is effective, easy to use, and ultimately drives accountability. Nonetheless, we recognize that there is always room for improvement -- and we are committed to push for excellence.
