Pros
The company's great history, iconic brand and human-centric mission are the best things about it. There are a lot of dedicated staff people who care about the mission and getting things right.
Cons
There is a lot of lip-service paid to things like company culture, innovation, leadership, etc. and not so much commitment and follow-through on those things. It's tough to change and to become more market-oriented and competitive and the leadership doesn't seem to demonstrate enough commitment to these things to be convincing to the broader staff.
