Pros
Loved working here. - Manager put me in a position to succeed. Allowed me to make decisions on tools, processes and the best way to handle different requests - There is a lot of problem statements that have been identified, and being tasked to work directly with stakeholders allows me to get creative and implement solutions that are going to be in use long term.
Cons
- Sometimes it took a long time to get a solution implemented with cross functional teams just because demand was higher than available engineers to work on it. - Pay is on the lower end, so it will definitely be hard to retain talent.
