Good place to work - Anonymous employee UNC Health Employee Review

UNC is a good hospital with a mission that I felt employees wanted to live up to. I would return to work there in the future if the opportunity came around. UNC P&A is improving, it had a bad reputation but I think it will change as some of the old people leave and new management comes on board. Employment is stable, salaries are decent and there good work-life balance. I worked there for the benefits. Upper management listens to employees by way of yearly survey.
