      Pros

      Good benefits package if you don't smoke and don't have to cover dependents. Get to leave once your shift is over.

      Cons

      Not understanding; don't care about personal situations. It's all about work and nothing else! Management doesn't listen to suggestions or ideas. Equipment is outdated. Different shifts are favored more highly.
